All parcels are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment receipt or information on cash on delivery. All shipping and packaging charges are included in the shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the goods purchased and the specifics of the products ordered.

Please check in the presence of the courier that the packaging and the contents of the parcel are intact. If any damage or shortage is noticed during transport, please draw up a protocol of receipt (damage). A suitable form is available from the courier.
